Do you have a loaner for me to use?

• We have loaners if needed..... Just specify plus or minus cylinder

What if I have several units to clean or repair?

• We'll provide a UPS return label in the box of each service making it easy for you to rotate units through clinic

How much will this cost?

• Our flat rate for basic cleaning & shipping included is $432 per instrument - see "get started" form for details

• This includes disassembly, cleaning of all lens surfaces, lubrication & all minor adjustments 

• (parts and additional labor not included)

How long will it take?

• Turn around time is about 2 weeks depending on condition & parts required
